Our marine polychaetes have been sterilized, certified to be free of viruses, bacteria, and fungi, and rapidly frozen to ensure the highest retention of nutrients.
They are considered an essential food in the diet for maturing shrimp broodstock and as a feed for fish.
Their high concentration of Omega-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids provides an important source of nutrients, in addition to significant amounts of proteins, lipids, DHA, EPA, and Vitamins E and C.
The shelf life of polychaetes is up to 3 years if stored at a temperature equal to or below -18°C (0.4°F).
