Our copepods have been sterilized and certified to be free of viruses, bacteria, and fungi, with low water content. It has been proven that copepods can replace up to 100% of Artemia cyst consumption.

Thanks to their high levels of unsaturated Omega-3 fatty acids, proteins, and lipids, they constitute an important source of nutrients for marine animals in their larval stage. Their use is highly recommended due to their excellent nutritional profile and high energy content.

DHA (22:6ω3): min. 17 mg per gram of dry weight.
EPA (20:5ω3): min. 10 mg per gram of dry weight.

They contain astaxanthin, a natural carotenoid pigment and antioxidant.
We offer two ranges of animal sizes, 500-800 µm and 700-1300 µm, which are suitable for feeding different larval stages of shrimp and fish.
The shelf life of copepods is up to 3 years if stored at a temperature equal to or below -18°C (0.4°F).
